This policy explains what personal information Drama Geeks collects from you, why, and what your rights are. We keep this as short and plain as possible.

What information we collect

Free trial booking form - when you request a free trial, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your phone number, if you choose to provide it
• Your child's name and age
• Your preferred class and availability, if provided
• Any information you choose to share about your child

General enquiry form - when you send us a message, we collect your name, email address, and the contents of your message.

We do not collect any other information from visitors to this website. We do not use tracking analytics, advertising pixels, or any other profiling tools.

Why we collect it and our legal basis

We collect your information solely to respond to your enquiry or arrange your child's free trial class. This processing is based on legitimate interests - you have contacted us with a specific request, and we have a genuine need to respond to it.

We will never use your contact details for unsolicited marketing. We will never sell or rent your information.

How long we keep your information

We keep enquiries and trial booking requests for up to two years after last contact, after which they are deleted from our records. If you would like your information removed sooner, contact us and we will delete it within 30 days.

Who we share your information with

We use a small number of third-party services that may process your data. We do not share your information with any other organisations.

Formspree

Our contact forms are processed by Formspree, Inc., a US-based service that delivers form submissions to us by email. When you submit a form, your data passes through Formspree's servers. Formspree acts as a data processor on our behalf. Data is transferred to the United States under Standard Contractual Clauses. See the Formspree privacy policy.

Netlify

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA). Netlify's infrastructure processes the IP address and browser information of everyone who visits the site as part of normal web hosting. See the Netlify privacy policy.

Google Fonts

This website loads display fonts from Google's servers (fonts.googleapis.com). When a page loads, your browser sends your IP address and browser type to Google as part of requesting the font files. We do not use Google Analytics or any other Google product for tracking. See Google's privacy policy. We intend to self-host these fonts in a future update to remove this dependency.

Elfsight (homepage only)

The Instagram feed on our homepage is provided by Elfsight. The feed does not load automatically - when you visit the homepage you will be asked whether to load it. If you accept, Elfsight's script loads and may set one or more cookies on your device. If you decline, no Elfsight script is loaded and no cookies are set. Elfsight is based in the EU. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access - ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
• Rectification - ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Erasure - ask us to delete your information
• Restriction - ask us to limit how we use your information

• Object - object to our use of your information

Children's information

Drama Geeks serves children aged 2-18. When you submit a free trial booking, we collect your child's name and age. This information is used only to arrange their trial class and place them in the right group.

We communicate only with parents and guardians, not directly with children. We do not profile children, use their information for marketing, or share it beyond what is described in this policy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. Continued use of this website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
